TorHoerman Law Announces New Attorney Partners Chad Finley & Tyler Schneider

TorHoerman Law is excited to publicly announce the addition of two new firm partners, Chad Finley and Tyler Schneider.

Both attorneys officially became partners at TorHoerman Law this past August.

The pair has been with the firm for a number of years, solidifying themselves as top attorneys in their practice areas and gaining well deserved recognition for their work and leading roles within TorHoerman Law.

Chad Finely, TorHoerman Law Partner

Chad Finley first started working at the firm as a clerk in 2011 while attending the Saint Louis University School of Law.

He began practicing as a attorney in 2012 as an associate at TorHoerman Law.

During his tenure at the firm, Finley has been an advocate for justice, representing clients harmed by the tortious acts of others in a range of litigations including pharmaceutical and medical devices, product liability, mass torts, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and whistleblower actions.

Notable cases include Finley’s work on Hyland Teething Tablets, the St. Louis-based Coldwater Creek chemical exposure, Sygenta corn seed, Androgel, and Pradaxa.

Finley has been selected to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Exectutive Committee of the Paraquat MDL Case No. 3004 (litigation ongoing).

Finley has been named to National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40 in Illinois” and Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” and is affiliated with numerous professional and community organizations including the American Association for Justice, Complex Litigation E-Discovery Forum, American & Illinois State Bar Associations, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

His deep interest in science and complex discovery informs his work, allowing him to understand the full scope of his practice and provide the best outcome possible for his clients.

Tyler Schneider, TorHoerman Law Partner

Tyler Schneider also began his career as a clerk at TorHoerman Law and began practicing as a lawyer at the firm shortly after graduation from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2012.

Schneider has spent the majority of his THL career working on both individual action personal injury litigation and mass tort litigation, achieving justice for clients injured at no fault of their own by the negligent or tortious acts of others.

Schneider’s work goes beyond personal injury.

He routinely volunteers his time in civil rights cases as part of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois’ pro bono program.

Selected to Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” this past year, member of multiple professional organizations, and admitted to several federal courts including the Northern District of Illinois federal court, the Southern District of Illinois federal court, and The Eastern District of Missouri, Schneider is recognized as one of the top young attorneys in mass tort and personal injury litigation.

As acting president of the TorHoerman Law Employee Foundation, Schneider facilitates charitable actions and philanthropic events through the firm’s non-profit arm in order to affect positive change in our local communities.
