Kayla Jimenez

Client Relations Specialist
Edwardsville, IL

Kayla Jimenez brings over three years of experience in retail and customer service to her role as a Client Relations Specialist at TorHoerman Law.

During her final year of university, Kayla interned with the Sports Philanthropy Network, where she created social media graphics, outlined events for the network’s website, and communicated with athletes about community engagement, philanthropy, and diversity initiatives.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communications, Kayla specializes in customer service and conflict management.

Her primary responsibility at TorHoerman Law is to support clients by answering inquiries, gathering and providing documents, and ensuring that the firm has the most up-to-date and accurate information available.

Kayla is dedicated to client support and retention, always striving to foster positive relationships and provide exceptional service.

Personal Life

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys learning new skills, particularly graphic design, which she teaches herself in her free time.

She also enjoys playing video games with her boyfriend.

Originally from Florida, Kayla has visited Disney and Universal Studios more times than she can count, a testament to her deep connection to her home state.

Kayla is passionate about mental health and aims to promote awareness and understanding in her personal and professional life.
